Wurood Azzam

Wurood Azzam is an Iraqi interdisciplinary artist and designer with a creative practice spanning graphic design, illustration, painting and brand design. Drawing on over 10 years of professional experience in branding and communication design, her practice is grounded in research-driven storytelling and a deep interest in cross-cultural visual communication. Through her work, she explores language, identity, and contemporary culture, creating thoughtful visual narratives that bridge personal experience with broader social contexts. Azzam holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art, Media, and Design from OCAD University.
