Mooza Al Kuwari

Mooza Al Kuwari is an artist and curator based in Qatar. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Education from Qatar University (2012) and a Master's degree in Museum Studies (2020) from the University of Leicester.

As an artist, Mooza's practice is rooted in landscape and organic form. Rejecting the straight line as an industrial imposition, she works exclusively with natural, flowing lines — keeping her work close to the rhythms and textures of the natural world. Her practice spans a range of media, incorporating textile and mixed materials to add depth and tactility to her compositions.

She has participated in several local and regional exhibitions, including Knowledge Exchange (2016), a collaborative project between Qatar and Tunisia organized by the Qatar Fine Arts Society, and an exhibition with the Girls' Creativity Center at Katara Cultural Village (2015).
